You are describing low a/c problems and if you're not getting down to (hanging beef) temps then check that you have good pressure high/low sides, but also you could need to clean the evaporator if you never have before.
To be fair since you didn't say if it was raining on your trip, I will definitely lean more towards an evaporator issue.
