Almost impossible to find many E53's for sale these days on CarGurus, Autotrader, Carfax, KBB, BAT, etc.

Any thoughts on pricing for a 2005 145K mile 4.8is with factory tow package, Brembo GT BBK, Chrome bull bar, with generally good maintenance but with 20 year old paint?
