Ah yes i tried the allen key for emergency close/open, and it really won't move by turning it in any direction. Maybe it require more force to be applied but as you mentioned i would like to avoid making it worse..
So that behavior is happening because the motor (in which the "jam" sensor is located) is detecting a resistance?
