I bought 2011 with 145k. It's at 193 now.
I had to replace those same and also the turbo control solenoid.
My Valvetronic motor has failed but I didn't replace it yet. Not a terrible job but will take me a couple days and needs a special tool to rnr the injectors. Fortunately BMW programmed in a backup that'll run ok just very rough idle when cold.
We also bought n55 based f10 535 with about 70k i think it's up to about 110. Had a coil fail on that recently. It's prob a good idea to have a spare on hand so you can use a good brand vs whatever auto zone has.
I'm in bad need of intake walnut blast but no issues with the turbo (single)
