Ugh, air suspension woes can be awful to troubleshoot. I sprayed gallons of soapy water into my wife’s 2015 Grand Cherokee and still couldn’t track a leak down. I changed it all out to springs in the end.

I’d focus on where the air might be leaking from which would lower both sides equally. The relief valve or compressor seem to be the only place in the system what is common to both sides. Or maybe the reservoir itself, or the hose that feeds it from the compressor could be leaking? I can’t recall the plumbing set up specifically.

Either way, I feel that it has to be some place that both sides have in common. Two new airbags leaking equally, independently seems super unlikely.
