THIS winter, it was persistent 100% of the time if below 30* outside. I had them replace belts and pulley attached to alternator bracket and it FINALLY was completely resolved!!!

Thanks. I'm guessing the pulley/idler near the alternator as well. Had so much coolant leaking all over everything the bearings are probably shot. Car has 200k+ miles so I guess this would fall under routine maintenance even if done before.
Appreciate the support and will report back when I get it resolved.
