FYI, I never changed the relay. Battery and fuel pump only. And I don't think either one of them was bad. Cold start issue is completely gone. No issues starting whatsoever. It was SOLELY when the temp was below about 25 degrees and this happened 4-5 times.
I still have those fuel trim codes. My smoke machine broke though and i have been 'meaning to fix it' for the past month. Solder repair too tiny for me. I only have two hands and am not that great at the solder. I'll just have to fork over for a new one I suppose and get those smoke tests run.
