Is this feasible to apply software updates at home? I really dislike going to the dealer, partially because its so expensive but they are also far away.
I am working through a throttle tip in problem (stumble/hesitation), have replaced a lot of hardware already; see here:

I found a throttle delay service bulletin and called the dealer, they confirmed it has not yet been applied. The bulletin # is B1220404 or CD38.

I already have a USB to OBD2 interface and have successfully connected INPA to the car, done monitoring and code resets, etc.
