Bank 1 Sensor 1 = Cylinders 1-3 + exhaust header O2 sensor
Bank 2 Sensor 1 = Cylinders 4-6 + exhaust header O2 sensor
Bank 1 Sensor 2 = Post catalyst O2 sensor
Bank 2 Sensor 2 = Post catalyst O2 sensor
