Yep, I programmed mine to unlock all doors when the ignition is turned off and to lock all doors when vehicle speed exceeds 10 MPH. I did it using the I-Bus app, a very versatile software. It also programmed the angel eyes as DRL instead of the low beam lights and the left/right fog light to turn on when cornering left/right and the headlights are on (like the modern cars). It also programmed the side mirrors to fold when the car is locked and unfold when ignition is turned on. I love the app. I installed it on my Avin4 Android head unit. The software requires a license purchase at about $45 but totally worth it

Note that the app also requires an $80 USB to I-BUS Resler Module plugged in the USB port of an Android head unit (usually in the back of the unit, at least with the Avin head unit).
