Here we go again!
After a couple weeks not dipping, then not functioning...I decided to address the passenger wing mirror. Made the replacement and still not dipping... but now, I can make adjustments via the drivers master switch, I'll take what I can get at this point.

Done this for both mirrors...take the cover off and blow out the dust!

Water, debris, moisture settles in this area which can be the cause of the mirror's motors going out...I guess.
So I took liberty to drill in a couple of "vents" in the covers!


I can only hope I will NOT be back here in another year!
