If that connector would be suitable for quick connector (or similar blind plug) that size range looks like the one with outer diameter 22,0 mm and on that size the distance from the end surface to locking pin groove centre line should be 20 mm. So that connector neck looks a bit too long. (The next smaller size would be 12,0 mm outer diameter.)
