So the inner diamater is a bit too large for basic bleed nipple which is M10 x 1,0 mm.

M12 (preferably fine thread) oil drain plug and suitable thread tap? Use some gasket sealant on the thread as there won't be full pitch on the plastic if the inner diameter is 11,4 mm. Use o ring or fabric/rubber washer on the face. If you use o ring (12 x 2 mm) use ~15 mm drill on the plastic end to make the grooved/angled space for o ring to seal against.
