Scrapped 1/2" of ice this morning. I had to remove enough to free the wipers. Heat and gluteus maximus warmer at full power. Do seat warmers turn off automatically from full power? Mine turned off twice while waiting for heat. No problem driving to work. Even tried to spin all four wheels a few times. No such luck.
Xdrive works great. It's rare I get to drive in snow/ice. I'll enjoy the drive while the roads are empty.
