Unfortunately changing IVM didn't help.
So I replaced both vanos solenoids, and it seems to have cured the problem. It runs nice and even now!
Yeah I have no idea what happened, how it's possible that both intake solenoids failed at once.
I'm sure someone will have that my connectors were not connected properly, but that's not the case
