Judging by the chart portion my lowest ambient temp is 17c for less than 60 days, my late spring is normally 32c-35c and the rest of the year stays 42c to 60c on devil's ass crack months. Mechanically I was only concerned about startup vanos issues, but the last month or so my startup coolant temp is 44c. On 53c+ days my coolant has spiked to 108c for up to 3 minutes in traffic 120kph when I have a sudden drop to 80kph normally 105c. It's time (August 1st) for my 90 day oil change (summertime schedule)
I can't explain why I have the sudden urge to go with a higher viscosity other than my old belief of temp reduction of viscosity and that my hopes that heat wise would keep the Witch's heart in better shape during "summer" [emoji2369][emoji28]
