Help Diagnose - CCV Problem?

New to me E53 x5 owner trying to diagnose issue. Symptoms- white smoke on cold startup & Yellow sludge under oil cap.

There appears to be no oil mixed in the coolant when I removed the radiator cap.

History- car has a significant maintenance history, but was short tripped for years. The disa valve, oil dipstick seal & oil separator hose was replaced along with a full cooling system refresh 3k miles ago in late '25.

No current codes other than a recent intermittent vacuum issue- P0441
8F tank leak diagnoses with DTML /
FA Function check. These codes were cleared recently & did not return.

Mechanics notes on invoice from '25-
"Engine breather system full of oil. The breather drain in the dipstick tube is fully blocked. Remove dipstick tube, clear drain, replace dipstick oring. Replace cyclone valve, damaged vacuum cap at rear of cylinder head, replace all crankcase breather system hoses & pipes."
"Replace Disa valve & miscellaneous vacuum hoses."

On the invoice, I only see one CCV related hose replacement the "oil separator hose" Rein 11157532628.

How do I diagnose a CCV problem?

Is this what I should suspect?

What else should I look at?
