Confirmed.
The Ford tool fits BMW Oxygen sensors. A little tight, but I'm sure both upper oxygen sensors can be removed.
Once I order two upper sensors, I'll replace them. The A/C line in the way. Installing tool under the line and probably using a pry par, enough leverage can be applied to break the sensors loose. The oxygen sensor for cylinders 1-3 is probably better accessed with a crow foot style socket. I have a 22mm socket too.
