So the voltage regulator isn't likely to be the issue? A reman alternator is about $250. I see them in 90, 120, and 140 amp versions so I’m not sure which one to get.

If you have heated seats I think 140 is what you want. If you put your vin into RealOEM it should tell you what it would have come with.
