A nitrous system set up to produce 100hp on a natural aspirated set up will produce more power than that on a super/turbocharged car because the nitrous helps cool the heated, compressed air from the blower. When nitrous oxide hits atmospheric pressure the temp is about -27F. Though I don't know what the GT runs stock (maybe high 11 @122ish), I'd guess that a properly set up 150-200hp nitrous shot would get it to 144 in the quarter.
Also, I would be a bit nervous about doing 5k rpm clutch dumps in a GT on slicks. For the extra half second or so that is gained, there is a very good chance something will break with that much torque.
