When you bought your extended warranty from BMW, did you get a policy, certificate, or some other documentation? My stealer insists that there is a notation "in the computer" that I have the extended warranty, but that no other documentation is provided to the customer.
The only documentation I have is the $2500 charge that shows up on the sales order for my X3.
I've bought GM cars before where I purchased the extended warranty, and I always received documentation from them. I find the notion that I don't get anything similar from BMW somewhat dubious.
If you received some documentation, can you tell me what it says (or better yet scan and post or email the cover page) so I can tell the stealership just what it is that I should be getting? Thanks.
