I got pulled over by a cop once for "suspicious manuvering in a parking lot". And once for "a random inspection". And twice threatened by cops at a 7-11.

For the parking lot incident I had met a friend to give him directions got back in my car to leave, came to a four way stop and "woop woop" cop pulled me over. Held me there for 20 minutes asking me what I was doing. Keep in mind...I was parked legally in a parking lot when talking to my friend.

At the 7-11 a cop told me, while I'm sitting in my car (which I had been in a total of 5 minutes) that he was coming back in 20 and if I wasn't gone he was citing me.

The 'random inspection' was early one morning. I was the only car coming around a back road doing 25 in the 25. The cop comes out from a side street pulls me over immediately and says 'random inspection' looks through my car and checks all my ID (another 20 minute experience).

I was pulled over in my M3 by a cop in front of me who said my exhaust was too loud, I had an AA exhaust on the M3....he kept me there nearly an hour discussing the exhaust and the car.
