How do I know if I have it or not?

Sorry, we bought our X used and I am new to BMWs.

There is a button near the shifter that looks like Land Rovers Hill Decent button. Is this it?

We have an 02 3.0. We have sport package, and Xenons (not sure what other packages we have)
