They've got the snap in, but can't find the p/n for the eject box. Parts Manager acknowledges that there obviously has to be a part for the snap-in to snap-in to, he just can't find a referense to the p/n.

I can't BELIEVE how stupid this is.

Can you (or anyone) give me a p/n for the eject box?
