Thanks Greg, for all your help. Once I get everything together and installed, I'll post the (hopefully successful) result and final parts tally.
Here is a VR Module on eBaY for $189.99. It's a fair price. Send a PM to KewlX5, he just bought the "552" module and could tell you whether it has assist or not.
