I'm still getting conflicting info from BMW parts regarding the ULF I need. Pacific BMW (which was otherwise helpful, and had the elusive Eject Box) insists that I need 84 21 6 934 552 and insists it comes w/Assist. However, that conflicts with bluetoothyourbmw.com.

Here is a VR Module on
eBaY for $189.99. It's a fair price. Send a PM to KewlX5, he just bought the "552" module and could tell you whether it has assist or not.
