v27 to v26 to v27 with splash...No Auxilliary Ventillation!

I have an 06 (production 4/06) and went from v27 to v26 to v27 (with customized splash screen).

All went well...

...Until I go to the main menu and auxiliary ventillation is no longer there...Anyone seen this?
