It's not difficult, but if the aftermarket speaker's don't fit in the stock plastic basket, then you'll need to cut some MDF with an area that's pretty thin. We broke a couple pieces, so it can take some time to get right. Also, if you have the rear sunshade, make sure you know how to remove them; you can't remove the door panel without getting how off.
