If they develop nuclear weapons, it will just be one more country to add to the list of 9 countries that already have them. Nothing will change.

What worries me more is the talk in Washington of actually using them in an attack on Iran. So far there is only been only country in history to use them. I doubt that trivial piece of information will have changed at all in the next 10 years, although I would not be surprised if the number of times that country used them does.

And one more thing.... As an American Jew and a suporter of Israel, I'm sick and tired of the right wing neocons using the defense of Israel as a reason for conquest in the Middle East. Israel can take car of themselves just fine. There are only 3 countries in the world that have a more capable military than Israel. A war between Iran and Israel would be a joke.

The Iranian leaders may like to yap a lot just like the nutty North Korean leader does. But in the end, the history is that neither North Korea or Iran has ever started a war in the history of their countries, which in the case of North Korea is 50+ years and in the case of Iran is 27 years.

If you want to gauge which countries are dangerous and a threat to the world, look at which ones have been involved in the most wars in the last 20 or 30 years, and you will have your answer.
