I bought it from EIS and they were great. You will to swap out the Assist module and replace it w/the bluetooth one (less expensive) or the assist/bluetooth combo unit (more expensive) from the dealer off an '05+ model. You just need to decide if you want to keep the Assist feature or not. You can reuse the existing antenna and microphone so there is no wiring necessary excpet for finding the correct cables and plugging everything in. No vehicle recoding was needed. This forum has some great write ups on doing the install, and the kit comes with complete instructions. It took me about 90 mins. to do. You don't need the cradles, etc. unless you want to recharge the phone in the armrest. However, if you use the cradle, I was told that the X has an external antenna that also helps boost your reception.
