Mickey is right in that the number pad takes a little getting use to. But once you are familiar with it, it isn't really an issue. You can also download features for the phone such as mapping devices and 'Magic Button' which allows you to see all applications running in a toolbar. Battery life is limited so you should charge it every night to make sure you don't hit any issues.
So far I love my 8125. My partner has a TREO 650 and he likes the smaller design of my phone. As for 'cheap', I don't feel that as compared to a TREO. IMO of course.
