It certainly counts, but IMHO, I don't think you don't get extra points for invoking prison rape at the hands of homosexuals per se. Earlier posts (mine) alluded to the prison justice meted out to Jeffrey Dahmer, but did not suggest that homosexual violence is a particularly terrible form of "punishment". Some folks might see some thinly veiled gaybashing, while others may of course not.

There's an opportunity for nuance here. Bottom line though, another terrorist behind bars is a good thing.
