I'm looking at installing a double-din Nav unit, and was wondering if the HU could be relocated, too. Precious little room in the glove box as it is, but that's only if you use it. Depending on how often you'd actually access it, you could even rack it way in the back with a long enough harness extension.... Most folks want to get to it mainly to change time/date as needed, and Aux in the trunk might work fine- If you're plugging in an MP3 or something, you could cable it in with the harness to the back, and still have a plug-in port up front. Just a thought... Keep us posted!!
