Thumbs down

wow.

hm. that didn't quite do it justice. WOW.

so i just got back on the boards after a 3-day hiatus lol and ... THIS is what i find?!

i'm only going to say two things:

(1) bmwx5lover -- either (1) you've got a lot of audacity and arrogance joining a new community (thereby implicitly requesting of the community approval from its extant members in granting you membership) and speaking with the candid informality of a long-time (rude) member; or (2) you are incredibly inept with people and/or give very little thought to your choice of words. Or both, I suppose. Put another way, you're either really rude or really tactless -- or, of course, both. Either way, you shock me as being the only such person I've yet encountered.

and

(2) I have only been a member on this board since early March but already I consider myself a very lucky BMW owner -- indeed, a very lucky individual, period: over the years I've perused and joined several message boards and online communities, and I am pleased to say that rarely before have I been a part of a group of such decent, proper, kind, and helpful indivdiuals as you will -- if you are lucky enough -- find here. This community must seriously be the standard against which all other online communities should be based. It's "nearly perfect 50/50 weight balance" of technical knowledged, community activities, member comraderie, and casual banter in the lounge is an equilibrium most other membership communities -- both online as well as offline in the real world -- can only hope to achieve. And I am pleased to say that in my two full months on this board, you, sir, are an embarassing blemish to this otherwise virtually perfect conglomeration of BMW enthusiasts and all all around good and kind people.

I pity you -- as I would pity anyone -- who is so miserable and unhappy with their own person as to be driven to such an extent as to warrant their implicit attack upon a member of a community, the member whom they do not even know; the community of which they have only just joined.

On behalf of the entire X5world community, I say to you now, remedy your attitude or get lost; we don't need your kind here.

I swear this smiley was made just for you:

P.S.
