The guy who posted them in the spanish forum claims he was getting to Madrid when the X5 appeared.
I think those pics have been taken in USA... the plate seems to be an american one and so the green truck in the second pic.
I agree with those saying there're 2 different units.
If you display the properties of the pics, you will see they are imageshack uploads, so no clue about where they came.
