That is just a BS excuse and is not the real reason. The real reason is that American corporations are making big dollars using cheap Chinese labor, and the Bush Administration will not dare mess with that. This is the same reason they are wimpy on the immigration issue -- cheap labor. You don't bite the hand that feeds you.
