The part numbers are: Sirius Receiver - 65 12 0 398 140
Installation kit - 84 11 0 390 943
The installation kit contains several screws, nuts, bolts and an antenna connector.

The receiver uses the car's antenna, i.e. the shark fin. It's plug 'n' play. The car's prewired with a connection to the existing antenna.
