Woo hoo, crazy FEMA alert

Get this--a client of mine has a friend in the plumbing business in New Orleans. He was the low bidder on FEMA trailer set-ups for hurricane victims.

For leveling, blocking, strapping, and hooking up the plumbing and electricity for the FEMA trailers being used as temporary shelters for hurricane victims, he bills $6500.

His materials cost is $75
His labor cost is $225

In addition he receives $700 per month per trailer for "service suppport".

He has an 18-month contract for 1100 trailers. Have not done the math yet, but I know I don't want to.

Folks, these are your tax dollars. We should be in the streets over this.
