Wow, sorry to see those pictures. But I just almost got hit by a patrol car this morning. Was at a four way stop, no other cars at the intersection, made a left and out of the corner of my eyes, saw this patrol car coming along at around 60mph with lights flashing and no siren. I wasn't going fast, so was able to stop while he went by on the right. He waved sorry and we were both on our way. I can see if I was less attentive, he could have hit me very easily.
