Although they took care of it for free, it was still a waste of my time to go there and back and be without my car while they were working on it. The loaner situation there sucks, they say I have to make an appointment ~2 months in advance in order to get a loaner while my car is there for service. Communication really sucks, most of the time my service advisor doesn't return calls and is impossible to get a hold of. I try to stay away from that place as much as I can.
