As you know, during Katrina there were many difficulties evacuating people out of New Orleans quickly. School busses were left to flood.
Just in time for the 2006 hurricane season, FEMA has now solved the problem and is proud to introduce the Rapid Evacuation Vehicle.....or R.E.V. for short.
