I tried it an indirect way by telling them that I had some problems with my NAV drifting off the map at times. They told me that they would need see the problem first hand before they can take any steps to fix it. Basically, they won't perform an upgrade unless they think it will fix a problem confirmed by them. They could not replicate the problem so they did nothing.
