There are laws against mutilating a corpse--does this impinge on your civil rights?

The dead, particularly the dead who have fallen on a battlefield, have a right to be buried in peace, and this law merely addresses a loophole whereby a group of religious kooks (the same ones who would criminalize your lifestyle) have taken it upon themselves to disrupt and humiliate those who are putting the remains of a loved one to rest. It has nothing to do with Bush. He did not sponsor the bill.
