While I'm the first one to fight for the right of protesters, and I think it's BS how they keep protesters 3 and 4 blocks away from Bush, there is such a thing as having respect for the dead.

In this specific case, protesting in front of the families of dead soldiers is not going to accomplish anything except get some people very upset. Instead, go and protest in front of the politicians who sent them off to war. That may actually have an effect on policy decisions.
