my GF and I want to purchase my parents house. Any pointers on what to do. whats a good rate? I'm hoping my parents sell it for what ever they still owe on it. and possible a little more so that they can get a new place to live. I was just curious on what i would need to do i guess to get the ball rolling. My parents want to refinance the house and my gf and i want to buy it before they do it. It may take a while for me to reply but please any input is highly appreciated
