3M makes one that is available at most auto parts stores. Go to a true jobber store like NAPA or Carquest- most of these mix paint for small body shops- they will have access to a good remover. The remover can cloud the Lexan on the headlight assembly.
As far as the install goes- it is a 3 star install- an experienced DIY can do it OK. If it is your first, plan on buying a second kit to correct your mistakes. There is a steep learning curve here- it took 4 installations of different types for me to get a 3 star correct. A 4 star that I did recently came out OK, but not perfect.
