Dang Jay! I love all that stuff too. I think butter is good on anything. You could cover dirt in butter and it'd probably taste pretty good. Good for you for recognizing the need to eat healthier. The key is moderation. Never totally deprive yourself but never overindulge either.

My wife is very health conscious and it has been good for me. We're forever reading the ingredients on food packaging and trying to avoid too many artificial ingredients and hydrogenated fats. There's a bunch of other no-no stuff but I let the wife take care of that.
