Your Vette looks great. Why did Chevy stop making the fixed roof coupe? The fastback Z06 C6 doesn't seem to follow along the lines of weight reduction. Whenever I see a fixed roof C5, more often than not it's a Z06. Why lose that unique association?

Will the Z16 have any special value as these cars mature in age? I don't know very much about the Z06 Vette production numbers, but I do see that the early Z06's at a very affordable price ('01's and '02's for under $30K, probably not pristine but roadworthy). Is the resale low because GM built so many?

Will the same hold true with the C6 Z06? Do you think these $75K near exotic cars be selling for $40K two or three years from now?

Sorry about the newbie questions - I don't know jack about C5 and C6 'vettes other than magazine articles.
