So far it connected within 2 minutes. The time it took me to turn bluetooth on and type in the password. Downloaded Tele#s very quickly as well. More later

We use Microsoft Exchange for Calendar and email and you have to run a Wireless Sync client on a computer that must always be on and logged in (kind of a PITA) but if you do that it works like a charm - pushes email and new calendar items to your phone in (more or less) real time.
Broadband access works well too - noticeably faster than my current Moto E815.
Only remaining question was how well it would work with the X's bluetooth connection. Sounds like it works just fine - so I'm off to Verizon tomorrow.
