Two solutions for you.

1. Turn Bluetooth off on the phone you don't want to use the ULF (assuming the phone has this option. Most do, since Bluetooth always on tends to drain the battery very quickly)

2. Turn the phone off that you want to disconnect from the ULF. Once off, the phone 2 should pair and you can then turn phone 1 back on.
