Well, I actually had a day off work today and just happened to be passing a local buddies' tyre and exhaust shop.
Next thing I know, its 2 hours later and the X-pipe mod has been done to my wagon!
Basically as per other posts the centre siamiesed muffler has been replaced in this instance by 2 Custom Chrome "cherry bombs".
Inlet pipe diameters were 2.25" and 2.5". Im presuming the larger inlet pipe on the one side is to take into account the greater length of pipe.
First impressions are good. The sound is subtlely louder with more depth than before. Excellent...and the misses hasnt noticed
Mod well worth doing if you want to retain the stock look.
